March - April 2020 - Covid-19: our concrete initiatives
Software development activities such as ours fall into the essential categories which have not been closed for the purpose of containing the spread of Coronavirus.
So there is nothing extraordinary in the fact that everyone in PlaNet is continuing to work.
However, we have made choices, even onerous ones, consistent with our history and our values:
- immediate activation of the remote working mode for all employees and collaborators;
- development of the application for the management of refunds of tickets issued with ticka - automated ticketing system, issued free of charge to all our customers.
